4.2 Refund Policy

Different Services may have different refund policies:

Money-Back Guarantee Programs: Some of our Services offer specific money-back guarantees (such as our "90 Days to Conquer Stress" program). To qualify for such guarantees:

  • You must complete 100% of required activities and assignments
  • You must attend all scheduled sessions or complete all course modules
  • You must provide evidence of participation as specified in program materials
  • You must submit a refund request within the timeframe specified for that program
  • You must detail in writing why the program did not meet the guaranteed outcomes

Digital Products and Courses:

  • Digital products are eligible for refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed more than 20% of the content
  • Once digital content has been substantially downloaded or accessed, no refunds will be provided
  • For subscription-based Services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period

Live Events and Workshops:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event may receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event may receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for refunds
  • You may transfer your registration to another person with written notice to us

5. Scheduling and Attendance

For Services that involve scheduled sessions:

  • Session dates and times must be mutually agreed upon
  • You are responsible for attending sessions promptly at the scheduled time
  • You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session
  • Missed sessions or those rescheduled without sufficient notice count as completed sessions and may affect eligibility for any guarantees
  • The Provider reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

6. Client/User Commitments and Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Participate actively and engage with the Services you purchase
  • Complete any assigned activities, exercises, or practices
  • Provide feedback when requested
  • Behave respectfully during all interactions with the Provider and other participants
  • Disclose any health conditions that may affect your participation in the Services
  • Consult with healthcare professionals before beginning any new wellness practice

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • You may not record sessions without express permission from the Provider

Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
